WISCONSIN PRECINCT Susan & Michael Kinney Susan Kinney: I (pictured on the far right, standing next to her partner, Deputy Kirk) was looking for a part time job and heard about Geese Police on the radio. I called the Illinois franchise to see if they were hiring and was told "not at this time but maybe in the future." I was also told that the franchise has very strict hiring rules and upon hearing that I got on the internet read all about becoming a franchise. My husband and I spent three days out in New Jersey and knew that this was what we wanted to do. We moved to Wisconsin from Illinois, bought a franchise, and have never looked back. There isn’t anything greater than spending all day everyday outside with your dog! Mike Kinney: Mike (in the center of the photo, standing next to his partner, Deputy Top) was a policeman for thirty-one years, retired and then went to work for the State's Attorneys office for ten years. When he read all about Geese Police and spent three days in New Jersey he too knew that this was his future. He retired from the States Attorneys office and realized that he had never gotten police work out of his system and so he gladly joined the ranks of Geese Police. Trevlyn (standing next to his partner, Deputy Smut) is one of our sons that started his own interior-exterior painting business and was very successful for ten years. When he spent a long weekend with us and saw what Geese Police was all about he too wanted to get involved. Trev loves to go out in the rivers and ponds with his dog in the kayak and herd the geese far away from any of our sites. He has become very involved and is always looking for new sites to drop off brochures and encourage them to see a demo. |
